It should include a few informations that are extremely important for doctors.

  * Employer/Work
  * Current insurance(s)
  * Current working status
  * Current family doctor (must not necessarily be us)

==== Current or Long-Term Medical issues ====

  * CAVE entries
  * Allergies (structured entries!)
  * Current long-term diagnoses
  * Recent diagnoses (?)
  * Current long-term medication
  * Alerts (see according [[en:dev:modules:notifications|alerts module]])
