Dependencies: core

The Lists module provides an API and GUI representation for creating Patient lists. This could be necessary for e.g. preparing a list for visits, or a simple *TODO* list “patients which I have to call after work”, or even a list of patients, generated by other modules: the vaccination module could create a list of patients to call in for their next vaccination, etc.
